Rough Clean, Final Clean and Touch-Up Clean

Rough clean. After the framing, drywall and heavy trade work, we remove and haul debris, sweep and vacuum, and take down the bulk dust so the finish trades start clean.

Final clean. A detailed, top-to-bottom clean before the walkthrough. We dust and wash ceilings, walls and all new surfaces; clean interior and exterior windows and glass; remove stickers and residue from fixtures and appliances; clean and polish tile, marble and glass; and finish with floor care, vacuuming and carpet cleaning.

Touch-up clean. After punch-list work, we come back right before the owner walkthrough, the inspection or move-in so the space still looks finished.
